Join our team!  We're hiring for a Bilingual Human Resources Intern at our Whitewater, WI location for this upcoming Fall semester. The Bilingual HR intern will work closely with a multi-discipline HR team. The ideal candidate will be available for 15-20 hours per week during the semester - flexible hours available within office hours.

YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

  • Sourcing of candidates and relationship building with the Whitewater community
  • Attend recruiting events and represent Lavelle Industries and our position openings
  • Supporting resume review and hiring decisions for the production workforce
  • Onboard new hires and personify the "warm welcome" of the company culture
  • Maintenance of recruiting metrics
  • Translation support for candidates and various HR documents
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree focusing on HR, Communication, or a similar field of study
  • Ability to travel to the Lavelle Industries Whitewater, WI facility
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
  • Able to work 15-20 hours during the Spring semester, or full-time hours during the Summer.
