Lavelle Industries is a woman-owned, privately held company that supplies many industries around the globe with custom materials and processing solutions for molded rubber and plastic applications. 

Lavelle is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Intern to join the team! The HR Intern will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and will gain experience in the HR concentration related to recruiting, advertisement, project implementation, benefits initiatives and much more! This opportunity would be at our Whitewater, WI location with the opportunity to work flexible hours during the Spring Semester OR Full time during the Summer. 

YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

  • Sourcing of candidates and relationship building with the Whitewater community
  • Attend recruiting events and represent Lavelle Industries and our position openings
  • Supporting resume review and hiring decisions for the production workforce
  • Onboard new hires and personify the "warm welcome" of the company culture
  • Maintenance of recruiting metrics
  • Translation support for candidates and various HR documents
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree focusing on HR, Communication, or a similar field of study
  • Ability to travel to the Lavelle Industries Whitewater, WI facility
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
  • Able to work 15-20 hours during the Spring semester, or full-time hours during the Summer.
