Join Our Manufacturing Team - This Job is OFF THE CHAIN! We are looking for Chain Press Operators at our Burlington, WI facility – no prior experience is required. The right candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume production environment with a stable set of job requirements. As a Chain Press Operator, you'll be adding the chain to our toilet flappers—because even the smallest parts make a big impact!

Job Requirements

  • Performing machine adjustments (startup, running, shutdown) and parameter adjustments needed to maintain part quality and production targets.
  • Performing minor servicing of the press, including, but not limited to feeding stock, spraying mold, and removal of stuck parts.
  • Engaging in continuously learning new skills and equipment to keep our process up-to-date and efficient. This includes cross-training to gain skills in other departments, as well as training others within your work area.
  • Recording and submitting accurate production and quality data.
  • Contributing to our safe environment by following safety procedures and making suggestions.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment, for the entirety of your shift.
  • Normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations (no controlled temperatures)

Additional Skills

  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to understand and use measuring devices.
  • Ability to perform the job and meet production and quality targets consistently.
  • Good attendance, dedication to work/company and ability to learn from mistakes.
