Outcomes will include:

• Work on process improvement projects that will provide exposure to the engineering tools and concepts that help with the production of quality work
• Hands-on learning about how to conduct root cause analyses, non-conformance investigations, and corrective action implementations
• Develop IE skills with regards to not only time observation, standard work creation, and continuous improvement identification, but also waste elimination (lean manufacturing)
